Classes We Offer

Hiphop is a form of freestyle movements performed to todays up beat music. We offer classes for ages 5 and up, with an emphasis on freestyle expressions and movements. Our instructors are passionate about the art of hip hop, and strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for all of our students.

At Urban Edge, we strive to create a fun and positive environment. Our jazz classes focus on technique while still having fun dancing to upbeat everyday music styles. We offer jazz classes for ages 5 and up, and our small class sizes give our instructors the opportunity to focus on individual needs.

Our Lyrical classes combine the fundamentals of ballet technique with the energy of jazz to create a unique and expressive style of dance. We offer this class for ages 6 and up, so come join us and explore the joys of lyrical dance.

We offer a introductory Combo class for children ages 2 1/2 - 5. This combination of tap, ballet, and creative movement provides a fun and positive environment for young dancers to learn the basics of dance and express themselves.

At Urban Edge, we encourage our students to start off with the basics of ballet. Ballet is a foundational dance style that will help each dancer improve their technique, strength and coordination. We offer this class for ages 6 and up. 

If you’re looking to take your dancing to the next level, then trying out for our competitive team is the way to go. We have teams for ages 6 & up. At UEDC we are dedicated to helping each student achieve their goals and reach their highest potential in dance.
